2011 Call for projects' partners

Abbaye de Fontevraud L'Abbaye de Fontevraud, a writing residence in France, has the honour to be associated with, the Calls for Projects for short animation films for the third year running. It will host one artist for a period of one month, during which he/she will be able to develop their project.

Arte Since its creation, Arte France has supported animation and undertaken the pre-purchasing and purchasing of short independent films by both established and emerging talents.
Court-Circuit, the short film programme shown around midnight every Friday on Arte offers a varied programme about the latest productions.
Arte France has been an official partner of the Annecy Calls for Projects since its beginning and awards a prize every year for a first or second film with the aim of encouraging young talent.

Centre images For 10 years now, the Centre images, l'Agence régionale du Centre pour le cinéma et l'audiovisuel, has assisted directors along their creative process thanks to their animation residency programme (helping the production of short animation films and film sets).
The Call for Projects for short films at the Creative Focus allows us to discover new talents in an increasingly inventive and surprising universe. It is also an amazing showcase for young or established directors in a phase which means they often have to work alone.

Cube Since its creation, Cube has encouraged the production of short films directed by talented youngsters from the finest animation schools. The Call for Projects organised by the Annecy Festival is an impressive event, an ideal place for the discovery of little cinematic gems... and consequently the great films of the future!

Rhône-Alpes cinéma For the third year running, the Bureau des Auteurs of Rhône-Alpes Cinéma is sponsoring the Call for Projects by awarding a festival grant, an operation created by the CNC to give financial aid to a short film project and an opportunity to help creatives to get projects off the ground.

M6 Kid "It is getting more and more difficult to finance projects for new as well as established producers. Therefore, we feel it is vital to assist and support original, innovating and ambitious projects to give them a chance of being produced."

SACD The SACD is an official partner of the Creative Focus. Through its outreach initiative in favor of animation, it supports the diffusion and the promotion of animation works (both shorts and feature films) and champions writers and creators.
The SACD supports creators throughout the duration of their careers.
