Recruitment
Complete your workforce and organise recruitment sessions during the Creative Focus.
After accreditation, applicants can find out which companies are recruiting and apply to the sessions via the Annecy Network.
Prepare your recruitment sessions.
Candidates can apply after getting accreditation.
Recruit in 5 stages:
1. Get "Festival, conferences and Mifa" accreditation.
2. Contact Stéphanie Launay, Head of the Creative Focus, to talk about your requirements and reserve your session.
3. Put a job ad on Annecy network with a profile of the candidates you are looking for.
4. Check out candidates' CVs, blogs and portfolios. Select the ones you would like to meet.
5. Make the most of the Creative Focus team to help you organise your appointments.
2 possible options:
Recruitment in the"open space": with a private table to interview your selected candidates.
Recruitment in a private room: in a private space with two tables to optimise your recruitment session and meet more candidates. The room will be equipped for you to present your studio and projects before the recruitment session.
Recruitment in the "open space"
Recruitment space:
- a calm and bright space especially reserved for recruitments situated in pleasant surroundings overlooking lake Annecy
- a private table
- drinks on hand
- lap tops for hire
- Internet connection
Procedure:
- up to 2 recruiters per table
- 1 candidate per session
- the Creative Focus team to organise the order of candidates during the session.
Visibility:
- your logo and a hyperlink on www.annecy.org
- your logo in an e-mailing sent out to 2,000 contacts
- your logo presented on your recruitment table
- your recruitment sessions announced on a plasma screen situated at the Creative Focus, with your logo
Prices:
- 3 hours of recruitment in the "open space": 300 EUR
- Additional session: 200 EUR
Recruitment in a private room with presentation
Recruitment space:
- a private and spacious "salon" at L'Impérial Palace situated in pleasant surroundings overlooking lake Annecy
- a plasma screen
- a sound system (microphone)
- seating capacity for 80 people (for the presentation of your company)
- 2 recruitment tables
- drinks on hand
- lap tops for hire
- Internet connection
Procedure:
- You have the possibility to give a 30-minute presentation of your company to the public before the recruitment session
- 2 recruitment tables
- 1 candidate per session
- the Creative Focus team to organise the order of candidates during the session
Visibility:
- your logo and a hyperlink on www.annecy.org
- your logo in an e-mailing sent out to 2,000 contacts
- possibility to provide company hanging banners (to be provided) in the space
- your recruitment sessions announced on a plasma screen situated at the Creative Focus, with your logo
Prices:
- 3 hours of recruitment in a private "salon": 700 EUR
- Additional session: 500 EUR

Conditions
Candidates should have at least "Festival" accreditation.
Only candidates confirmed before the beginning of the event, via Annecy network, will be allowed in to the session.
