Please note that passes cannot be bought on arrival. After the deadline, you can buy individual screening tickets for each session.

This strictly personal and non-transferable pass enables you to go to 3 screening sessions needing reservation per day and all the screenings not needing reservation on presentation of identification (on a first come first seated basis).
Festival screening reservations
You will receive an email telling you when the online reservation service is open to reserve tickets for official screenings.
You will receive an email at the beginning of June telling you where you can pick up your accreditation. Please bring this and some identification with you to pick up the accreditation from 2:00 pm 9th June.
Reserved for elementary schools, colleges or high schools. Download the form and return it with payment and your selection of screening sessions, before 29th May, to email@example.com or through the post to:

Your screenings will be reserved (within the limit of available seating).
You will receive confirmation along with handy info about picking up your badges or times for groups to get to theatres (about 20 min before session starts), etc.
Passes are for individuals and/or school groups wishing to come to a number of screenings during Festival week.
You can sign up online up to 29th May. After this date individual tickets per screening can be bought. Passes are not available to buy on arrival.
Your registration will not be considered without payment.
You will receive an invoice detailing VAT through the post. If not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation requests should be addressed to email@example.com, before 15th May, giving full name and invoice number details. Refunds will be made after the event (- 10 % for administration costs).
Please note that no refunds will be made after the 15th May deadline.
