Facilitate your visit to Annecy by reserving a seat in a shared or private shuttle, with advantageous rates, from our service provider Alpes Logistique Transports. Three reservation types are available.

The reservation for shuttle transfer is closed.

Important information before you reserve your transfer: if you have not yet purchased your accreditation, only the Mifa professional accreditations are still available!

Shared shuttle transfers between Geneva Airport ↔ Annecy

• Return Annecy & Annecy lakeside communes: 73.5 EUR VAT incl. per person
• Single Annecy & Annecy lakeside communes: 42 EUR VAT incl. per person

Private shuttle transfers between Geneva Airport ↔ Annecy

Group shuttle transfers between Geneva Airport ↔ Annecy

Reduced rate for 3 or more participants from the same company for the same transfers. The rates are valid day & night, to Annecy and for Annecy lakeside communes.

Your Reservation

Arrival and departure

Geneva-Cointrin International Airport
Take the exit on the Swiss side and present yourself at the Annecy 2023 Welcome Desk at the airport.

Geneva-Cornavin Station
Go to the Geneva-Cointrin International Airport train station (6 mins) and and present yourself at the Annecy 2023 Welcome desk at the airport.

Outward: shuttles every 30 mins (+/- 1h journey to Annecy). Please note, reduced service Wednesdays and Thursdays (a 30-min wait is possible).
Return: your shuttle is scheduled for at least 3h before your flight.

Drop off/Pick up directly from your accommodation!
The shuttle can drop you off and/or pick you up at your hotel or apartment without any extra cost (within the 12km limit around Annecy), likewise at the Festival or Mifa Welcome Area.
For security reasons, you are not allowed to enter the Festival and Mifa sites with your luggage.
At the Festival and the Mifa, we provide a luggage locker service for your suitcases and other voluminous items. For more info

Reservation

Complete a pre-reservation form per passenger, until 2^nd June. After this date, reservations will depend on availability.

As soon as availability is validated you will receive a link to carry out the online payment on a secured payment site. Without payment, your reservation will not be validated.

After encashment of the payment, you will receive the corresponding receipted invoice by e-mail. Failing that, please contact directly annecyfestival@alpestransports.com

Cancellation

Free cancellation up until 11^th June.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation and information concerning your transfer by e-mail at the beginning of June.
Please present this document to the driver.

On-site

To reserve on-site, confirm or modify your return transfer, there is a Transport booth available at the Festival Welcome Area (Bonlieu).
