A calm and peaceful spring day is suddenly disturbed by a strong gust of wind, snatching people's clothes and taking them far away from the town. It turns them into a creature that carries out foolhardy acts in the air. Then the wind stops and the clothes fall down again leaving the coat on a monument, the trousers on a cyclist's head...
