This series is about two vain, cunning and ridiculous Vikings and their long-suffering families, friends and neighbours. Bjorn the Viking, the hereditary Viking chief of the village of Loggerheads and Gissur the Pale, a smart, nouveau-riche entrepreneur who is angling to become chief.
