  Jean Lecointre studied Graphic Arts at ESAG Penninghen in Paris. He creates collages for newspapers, magazines and TV and published his first illustrations for the French newspaper "Libération" and the comic book "La Balançoire de Plasma". He started animating in 2003 with "Turkish Delights", a collection of abstract shorts with animated pastries for CANAL+. He's also illustrated three popular children's books, "Les Dents du loup" (2002), "Les Animaux domestiques" (2007) and "À la mode" (2010).
