  Alexey Mironov was born in Moscow in 1969. After training in animation at the Soyuzmultfilm studio in 1991, he has since worked with studios such as Pilot or the Centre for National Film. Apart from directing his own shorts including "Cow at the Wheel" and "Crown Prince of the Republic", he has animated on many others such as Irina Litmanovich's "Khelom's Customs" and Mikhail Aldashin's "Immortal", as well as TV series.
