Betty Boop in Snow White

  1. Overview
  2. Fact Sheet

Bizarre and quite surreal, with Betty's side-kick Ko-o the clown (alias a rotoscoped Cab Calloway, probably more familiar to contemporary audiences through his appearance in The Blues Brothers). "Though sometimes misconstructed these days as Campy Modernism, the style might be more properly understood, historically, as a throwback to the nonsense world of silent cartoons"(Greg Ford).
