Driven out of Poland by the people who have revolted against his tyranny, Ubu finds refuge in Paris. He takes possession of professor Acras' house, kills his wife's lover and becomes a slave in order to better control mankind. He ends up by spreading to the whole world his tyranny based on stupidity.
