A genetic engineer has a great plan to create the perfect being. By chance he manages to do so but the supernatural being he creates is too perfect and the natural order of things is upset. The planet and all creatures are destroyed. Centuries go by. Creatures begin to populate the earth once again but "new man" always has the same plan: to create the perfect being.
