Hiccup is the daydreaming, idealistic son of the mighty Stoick, a massive Viking whose only wish is to see his awkward son become a valiant warrior. He tries to teach him how to fight dragons, the national sport of their people, but while attempting to impress his clan, Hiccup injures a Night Fury dragon, a rare and dangerous species, and puts the fate of his tribe in grave danger.

With mind-blowing animation effects, DreamWorks takes us to the dream that lies within us all: to take flight, weave in and out of the clouds and let go.
