    Abhishek Verma is an independent animator and filmmaker. His previous animation short "Sugar Syrup" was screened at 37 international festivals, including Animafest Zagreb, MIFF and Chitrakatha. He is currently working on a short film based on women's sanitation issues, which was commissioned by Films Division of India, as well as an upcoming feature with the working title "Dog Is God".
