The Mifa is continuing its partnership with The Local Bird to offer badgeholders the opportunity to benefit from My Mifa Concierge’s personalised service.
The Local Bird, a local “experience creator” group, puts its expertise and network of partners at the service of badgeholders. By proposing a comprehensive and specially designed service to badgeholders that is designed to encompass their personal and professional requirements, The Local Bird undertakes to facilitating their stay throughout the event.
This year, My Mifa Concierge’s services have been upgraded to satisfy requirements. There are now two options:
- Travel Planning: for making the organisation of your stay as smooth as possible
The dedicated team helps badgeholders with the organisation of their travel by carrying out research, hotel reservation and transport, the purchase of accreditation and reservation of touristic activities.
- Professional Concierge: for last-minute requests
Among the services on offer, badgeholders are able to benefit from a room booking service for meetings, organisation of dinners and cocktails or delivery of meals, translation, reservation of shared shuttles or private taxis, baggage check-in (at Bonlieu and the Impérial Palace), currency exchange, graphics service providers, photography, video, dry cleaning, baby-sitting, shopping and many more.
