It is the story of a Syrian refugee girl fleeing violence and war, who finds Rumi's book of ancient poetry. The book becomes a magical gateway to meet the young Rumi when he was also a refugee. In a shared and terrifying dreamworld, Lamya must help him write the poem that 800 years later will save her life.
