Born in 1970, Franck Dion collaborates with publishers, creates sets for theatres and makes animation sequences for documentaries. His first short, "The Phantom Inventory", won the "CANAL J" Junior Jury Award for a short film at Annecy 2004. He followed that with "Monsieur Cok" (2008) and "Edmond was a Donkey" which won the Special Jury Award at Annecy 2012 and was nominated for a Cartoon d'or and a César in 2013. He created the 2014 Annecy Festival poster and continues to work on future films and books.
