Follow the Wolf Brigade, at the center of a disillusioned Tokyo.

Once upon a time there was a wolf and his pack, infiltrated among the humans behind thick dark armor. In a post-war dystopian Tokyo, they are the patrons of a fictitious peace, ruthlessly tracking any opponents of the regime. Until one day, one of them, Kazuki, sees a young girl from an extremist group, he fails to accomplish his mission as a soldier to kill her, and she commits suicide before him. A dense traumatic experience that awakens human emotions in him, and subsequently he is unable to forget the incident.

Hiroyuki Okiura's grand classic, competing at Annecy in 1999, Jin-Roh returns to find a place in the Festival’s programming twenty years later, at the same time as Japanese animation is in the spotlight.

A gripping human adventure to experience heart and soul, for the first time or again!
