  Born in Cali, Colombia, in 1969, Jaime César Espinosa Bonilla is a filmmaker and scriptwriter who studied Audiovisual Communication at the Universidad del Valle. He's been working as a professor and Director of the Dynamic Image programme at Caldas University since 2002. His debut film "Helena" won the FDC prize for postproduction, his documentary "Star Life" won the Colcultura award and his short "Resurrection" won the FDC prize for a short film production.
