Cross-media strategies using diverse media bring into question copy, brand, image, producer and other rights.
Contract terms should include and therefore provide for all types of broadcasting in the future.
Moral rights are also implicated with permission needed from the author of the initial work for multiple adaptations while also giving some freedom to the adapter.

These questions will be debated during the plenary session "The rights’ chain". This round table discussion will be the perfect occasion to freely debate the legal issues concerning intellectual copyrights of a cross-media project.
