  1. Overview
  2. Fact Sheet

2K restoration from a 16mm print. Originally presented as part of Simple Gifts (1977), an anthology of Christmas-themed films, No Room at the Inn is R.O. Blechman's enchanting retelling of the nativity story, as a man and his expectant wife seek lodging in the inhospitable town of Bethlehem. At first the town celebrates the miracle birth, but their pride fades quickly, and the young family finds themselves adrift once again, in search of shelter and acceptance.
