Queer Animation: The Bright Colours of Diversity

For more than a decade now, we have been witnessing a new trend in arthouse animation film – queer affirmation – which is significantly enriching the spectrum of creations. Sometimes exuberant, introspective at other times yet always frank, the works challenge the conventional and are never, ever boring! This anthology of short films is a reflection of this emergence: vibrant, colourful, political and inspiring.
